BigBox – Terms and Policies

 

1. General Terms

BigBox Life is an online and offline fashion brand that offers high-quality clothing and accessories.
Orders can be placed through our website, Facebook page, phone calls, or physical outlets.
All business operations are conducted in compliance with Bangladesh’s prevailing laws.

 

2. Order and Payment Policy

Customers can order through our website, Facebook page, phone calls, or physical outlets.
For online orders, confirmation must be made through a call or message.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and select digital payment methods (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Banks).

 

3. Delivery and Shipping Policy

We deliver across Bangladesh, with a delivery charge of BDT 80 per order.
Delivery Time:

Inside Dhaka: 2–3 days

Outside Dhaka: 3–5 days

Customers must confirm delivery via phone or message. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the delivery.

 

4. Return and Exchange Policy

Payments must be made upon delivery through Cash on Delivery.
If a customer wishes to return the product without accepting it, a return fee of BDT 100 must be paid to the delivery personnel. This fee covers the delivery charge as well.

Exchange Policy:

Only incorrect or damaged products are eligible for exchange if reported within 24 hours.

Used, washed, or damaged products are not eligible for exchange.

 

5. Loyalty Program and Membership

Customers who shop at least 5 times will receive a BigBox Silver Membership Card.
Customers who shop at least 15 times will receive a BigBox Gold Membership Card.

Priority access to new product launches

 

6. Reviews and Raffle Draw

Customers can submit product reviews on our website and Facebook page.
A raffle draw will be held every 2 months among customers who have left reviews, with two winners selected for 1st and 2nd prizes.
The raffle draw will be regularly organized by BigBox.
